Most items of lighting are available for delivery within 72 hours from receipt of order.

A small number of lights are made to order and lead times may be extended to 4 – 6 weeks.

Upon receipt of order we will confirm all details and status of delivery.

Returns Policy

TO RETURN YOUR GOODS – You must email us at info@enlightenofbath.co.uk

to request a returns authorisation number within 7 days of receiving your goods, stating your order number and your reason for return, you then have a further 7 days from receiving the returns authorisation number to return the goods to us. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package as returns will not be accepted without this number. Any returns made outside these time frames will not be accepted. All goods must be returned to us in the same condition that they were sent out. A refund will be made to the card that was originally used to purchase the goods within 7 days of us receiving the return, any postage or courier costs will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – As the recipient you are liable to all import taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to, payment of these duties and taxes may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Import duties and taxes are not refundable for international customers wishing to return items.

You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Enlighten of Bath for a full refund, unless stated that the item in non-returnable upon purchase.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods to Enlighten of Bath. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition with all labels attached/intact within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable. Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
